One night, one bracket, one winner.
Create and fill the field
- Tournaments → New tournament: name it, pick the game and format — single elimination, double elimination (with a grand-final reset), round robin, or multi-round Swiss.
- Open registration and fill the field:
- Share the public link or the printable QR poster — players join from their phones.
- Send invites by email or SMS.
- Seat walk-ups yourself, or let them sign up at the kiosk iPad with just a name.
- Accept or reject pending entries from the Entry List.
Run the night
Press Start and the bracket generates. Each match gets a Record Result control; report the winner and the bracket advances itself. Matches can also run as full scoring sessions — the result flows back automatically.
Assign board numbers to matches and the house TV calls players to their board ("Jake and Sam — Board 3").
Staff
From the Staff card, grant co-admin roles so the night runs itself:
- Admin — everything the organizer does on the night: entries, invites, boards, starting, editing.
- Scorekeeper — records match results only.
Only the organizer grants or revokes roles.
Withdrawals
A player can withdraw themselves at any time; the organizer or an admin can withdraw anyone. Brackets handle it — byes advance opponents.
